THE 34 WRECKS :

In 1944, the aerial photos of the American hunting made conspicuous that certain isles of the Bay of CORON were moving ! ...It was the Japanese ships hiding. The Admiral HASLEY, September 24th, 1944, ordered the destruction of the ships around the isles CALAMIAN . In one day 24 ships sunk. Finally, 34 wrecks of warships and refuelling ships of Japanese fleet are laying, most of them, on the seabed accessible to the divers.

TAIEI MARU :

Tanker of 168 meters long, superior deck 10 meters, depth maximum 26 meters.

AKITSUSHIMA :

Warship of 200 meters used as base for seaplane, depth maximum 34 meters.

OLYMPIA MARU :

Cargo of 122 meters, laying on the side, the castle is at 16 meters, depth maximum 26 meters.

IRAKO :

Ship refrigerator of 9570 tonnes and 200 meters long, superior deck 32 meters.

KOGYO MARU :

Cargo of 160 meters long, laying on the side, equipped with anti-aircraft guns - Hold full of material of construction - Depth maximum 34 meters.

NANSHIN MARU :

Small ship of 20 meters deep bathing in a limpid water, very frequented : mantas, hammerhead sharks, dolphins, tuns, groupers, barracudas, napoleons.

" The craziest dive ine the philipines !?! "

This spectacular dive start with some 'challenging moutain climbing in full equipment over sharp limestone cliffs. The climb only take 5 minutes and the exertion is worth it. The scenery around  the lake is spectacular and under water it's been likened " diving in an other planet ". There is a dynamic changes of water temperature in the lake with the temperatures reaching 28-38 Celsuis. You can even see the thermal layers. After cooking and boiling, you will meet the " king of the lake ". It is a barraccuda with an approximately 1.5meter long who like to guide the divers around his domain. It is a good chance for the underwater photographer to get a close-up of the big barracuda. A dive that you should not miss ! Max depth: 30 meters. Recommended education level: Advanced Diver

A beautiful dive spot. It has an spiritual dive that brings you to a scenery wich could remind you of a Steven Spielberg's film. A hole in the bottom of the sea , a small dark channel, lobsters and cowries shells, and then out of the darkness, a slight daylight penetration. You follow the light and it will bring you in a big cathedral behind the sea. Just unreal! You can even surface inside the cave. Back in the sea, you dive along beautiful coral.
